Chloe Scout Nix is an artist, photographer, and performer based in Dallas TX. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with her BFA in photography and visual arts, with a minor in Art History. Her conceptual work focuses on body and movement, using different photography techniques and materials to create images with multiple layers. She received her first solo exhibition 'boyCow which was on display in 2019 at Pariah, and was apart of the First Annual LGBTQIA+ group exhibition at 500x gallery. She has been the recipient of the DMA Clare Hart DeGolyer Memorial Fund in 2019 and the Standard Club, Award that Makes a Difference in 2018.

Her current body of work is centered around her upbringing growing up in Scurry Texas, population 680, and the cowboy culture and demeanor that flowed through the city.
