I crave the sensation of intimacy. Both soft and aggressive.

Through movement, vulnerability, and the gaze, this series of large print photographs mounted on wood panels show my exploration of the nude form. I am reflecting on the bodies relationship to the gaze, my own and the viewers, as well as the subjects relationship to the space. Taking inspiration from classic portraiture these images explore both the male and female forms. I am using both handmade and altered clothing to link the bodies together, accompanied by my own images printed on textiles. The subjects are treated similarly, and both take form as the artists Muse.

I will live within this form until I decay. It is still hard to find inspiration within myself, so I photograph those who inspire me.
